Great location, close to Plaza Mayor, Retiro Park, and the Prado Museum. Quiet and safe neighborhood with good eateries. Comfortable beds and bedding. Adequately sized room. Excellent breakfast option. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great breakfast, impressive variety of delicious food. Helpful and friendly staff provided useful information about the city. Good location, nearby a beautiful park to relax after a busy day. Bikes provided for free to explore the city. Free coffee and tea at the hotel.

The staff at the front desk were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even stored our luggage when we went on a side trip. the rooms were spacious and clean with a nice balcony. the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions like Parque de Retiro and restaurants.
The bathrooms were modern and nice, but it would have been better if they had a bidet like other hotels. the temperature in the rooms could get a bit stuffy and it was not always possible to use the AC. opening the window or balcony door helped to adjust the temperature.

I stayed at this hotel and I had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to museums and on a quiet street but still near to a taxi rank which made it very convenient. The room amenities were great, including a mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities, and the staff responded immediately to all our requests. The restaurant was fantastic with a lovely continental breakfast buffet.
This venue is definitely recommended for families.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the city center and various museums. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and abundant.

This hotel is perfect for art lovers. The location is superb, surrounded by art galleries and close to many attractions. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, and it is easy to get to all major sites. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom had all the amenities and was sparkling clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh food options available. The hotel provides excellent facilities such as a gym, a lounge, and meeting rooms.
The quality of the towels could be better.
